Accreditation preparation

Quality assurance software for YÖKAK institutional accreditation

UniMetrik lets universities run program monitoring, assessment, stakeholder feedback and evidence management on one platform while preparing for YÖKAK institutional accreditation and the Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (KİDR).

YÖKAK evaluations do not want to see a quality assurance system that exists on paper; they want to see the plan–do–check–act cycle actually working in every program. The evidence for that is traceable data collected at program level and consolidated at institution level. UniMetrik lets you manage accreditation, assessment and continuous improvement on one platform. It collects that data continuously from programs, shows the quality office completion and readiness across the institution, and automatically produces the evidence list under KİDR headings.

Criteria and how UniMetrik supports them

The headings evaluators expect evidence for, and the traceable data the platform produces for each.

Quality assurance system and PDCA cycle
Improvement decisions are recorded at program, course and outcome level; check and act steps become traceable.
Program design, evaluation and update
Program outcomes, TQF relations and course information packages are managed centrally; outdated content is reported across the institution.
Student-centred learning and assessment
Learning-outcome-based achievement and item analysis are produced for every course; results roll up to program and institution level.
Stakeholder participation and feedback
Student, alumni, employer and external stakeholder surveys run from one system; results are linked to improvement decisions.
Evidence management and monitoring
Evidence files are linked to criterion, program and decision; institutional dashboards show unit readiness in real time.

How preparation runs on UniMetrik

  1. 1

    Configure the institution

Set up the faculty, department and program hierarchy; define the quality office, unit managers and faculty members with role-based permissions.

  2. 2

    Receive continuous data from programs

Course information packages, assessment results and surveys flow from programs during the term; gaps are visible on unit dashboards.

  3. 3

    Consolidate at institution level

Merge program data under KİDR headings; produce evidence lists and indicator reports across the institution.

Frequently asked questions

Is UniMetrik YÖKAK's official software?

No. UniMetrik is not YÖKAK's official software, representative or endorsed product. It is an independent platform that helps institutions structure their own quality assurance processes.

Does UniMetrik write the KİDR automatically?

No. UniMetrik automatically produces the program monitoring, assessment, survey results and many other pieces of evidence used in the KİDR. The report text is written by the quality office. UniMetrik provides the data and evidence to be used in the report; AI-assisted draft suggestions can be used subject to the institution's policy.

Is on-premise installation possible?

Yes. UniMetrik runs on the institution's own servers and can integrate with the existing student information system and authentication services.
